The Concerts and Events in Malaysia Incentive (CEMI) initiative is a government-backed financial rebate program under Belanjawan Malaysia managed by Kementerian Komunikasi and MyCreative Ventures Group to attract international and local concerts/events and boost Malaysia's creative economy.

The Programme aims to strengthen the local creative industry through strategic partnerships and ensure high standards in event management. It is also to attract and support the hosting of large-scale (15,000 capacity and above) concerts and music events featuring international and local artists in Malaysia. By offering targeted incentives, the initiative aims to boost tourism revenue, create job opportunities, and support local businesses.
