The ASAR Theater Club in the state of Negeri Sembilan was officially established in 2019. In reality, members of this club have been actively involved in theater since as far back as 1982, with the production of 'Si Bongkok Tanjong Puteri' (1982). The club was active in Kuala Pilah and produced 7 theater productions during the 1980s and 1990s. The main objective of its establishment is to elevate the value of theater by making it resonate with the community through performances and theater education. The ASAR Theater Club Negeri Sembilan provides a space and opportunities for theater enthusiasts and practitioners to actively engage in production, scriptwriting, as well as organizing theater courses, seminars, and workshops.
